Shipping

Pre-orders
Most of our pieces are available on a pre-order basis, meaning they are not held in stock. Each piece is crafted in our ateliers once your order is placed, allowing us to avoid overproduction.

Production lead time
Production typically takes between 1 to 6 weeks from the date of your order, depending on demand.
We will keep you informed by email throughout the process and do our utmost to optimize these timelines to ensure your satisfaction.

In-stock items
For items available in stock, delivery takes approximately 2 to 4 business days within mainland France.

Shipping costs & delivery times
An estimated delivery date is indicated on each product page. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods (such as Christmas or sales) or during summer (atelier closures). A confirmed shipping date will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • France: €8 for home delivery with signature. Free for orders over €250.
    Small accessories (such as scrunchies) are shipped via tracked letter for a flat rate of €4.
  • French Overseas Territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon): €15 with signature upon delivery
  • Europe (including the United Kingdom): €12 (€7 for small accessories such as scrunchies)
  • Rest of the world: €25

Returns

Return period
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in perfect condition suitable for resale.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only for items that meet the above conditions and remain in their original state (unworn, unwashed, unstained, undamaged, and unaltered in any way).
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 business days.
A flat fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we invite you to return it and place a new order on our website, subject to availability.
