WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Shipping costs and delivery times:
The estimated delivery date is mentioned on each product's description. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak seasons (Christmas, sales) or in summer (workshop closures). We will specify this date when we proceed with the shipment.
- Shipping France: 8 euros to your home with signature. Free for orders over 250 euros. For small accessories like scrunchies, shipping is by tracked letter for a flat fee of 4 euros.
- Shipping Overseas Territories: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, French Guiana, Mayotte, and St-Pierre-et-Miquelon: 15 euros to your home with signature.
- Shipping Europe (including United Kingdom): 12 euros (7 euros for accessories like scrunchies).
- Shipping Outside Europe: 25 euros.
WHY PRE-ORDER?
The fabrics we source are the very end of stock of luxury home fabrics. The yardages are therefore very limited. Pre-ordering allows us to make only the sizes that will be requested, and thus avoid the loss of these precious materials.
WHERE ARE MAGIC PILL PARTS MADE?
Magic Pill pieces are made, one by one, in the brand's partner workshops in Île de France, near Paris. Thanks to her experience in sewing and modeling, the designer selected her workshops according to several criteria:
- The quality of their high-end finishes
- The correct installation of the teams
- Geographical proximity
When will I receive my order?
Each piece is made to order, with a production time ranging from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the volume of orders. The first orders placed will be the first orders delivered.
Holiday season: the last pre-orders will be shipped at the latest at the beginning of December, we make sure that you will receive your piece in time to shine under the tree!
We will do our best to deliver to you as quickly as possible, and will keep you informed by email.
WHAT TO DO IF THE SIZE IS NOT SUITABLE?
- First of all, we advise you to come and try our prototypes as much as possible at one of our pop-up stores. We also organize fitting sessions in Paris and the inner suburbs, do not hesitate to contact us at: hello@magicpill.fr
- However, if the size does not fit, you can also request a refund for your order within 14 days.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.
You can make a return directly from your customer account.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with their labels, and in perfect condition for resale.
